We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who can lead interior design projects from concept through completion while managing client relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership:

    Oversee all phases of interior design projects, including conceptual development, space planning, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


  • Client Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into cohesive design solutions. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Team Guidance:

    Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing direction, feedback, and support. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.


  • Design Development:

    Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the client’s vision and project goals.


  • Quality Assurance:

    Ensure all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Conduct regular reviews and site visits to oversee project progress and address any issues.


  • Budget and Schedule Management:

    Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.


  • Market Trends and Innovation:

    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations. Incorporate new ideas and best practices into design projects to maintain a competitive edge.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and projects.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentorship.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
