We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-time position involves supporting the project management team by coordinating various project activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in scheduling, and excellent client communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules. Ensure that all project activities are aligned with the project timeline and goals.
Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any questions or concerns. Facilitate clear and effective communication between the project team and clients.
Scheduling and Logistics:
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members. Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Budget Monitoring:
Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring that projects stay within budget. Identify and report any potential budget issues to the project management team.
Quality Assurance:
Support quality control processes by ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Assist in conducting site visits and inspections as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a related industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
