We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team in Denver. This full-time position involves transforming interiors into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to develop design concepts, source materials, and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. A strong design portfolio and relevant experience are essential for this role.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Concept Development:

    Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and needs. Develop innovative and practical design concepts that align with the client's goals and project requirements.


  • Material and Furnishing Selection:

    Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories that enhance the overall design and functionality of the space. Ensure that all selections meet the project budget and aesthetic criteria.


  • Project Execution:

    Oversee the implementation of design concepts, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


  • Client Communication:

    Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project. Present design ideas, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations.


  • Design Documentation:

    Create detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to visually communicate design concepts. Document all design decisions and project specifications for reference and execution.


  • Trend Research and Innovation:

    Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Incorporate new and innovative ideas into projects to keep designs fresh and contemporary.



Qualifications:


  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.

  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
